Partnership Overview
CSM Security is proud to partner with VINCI Facilities since 2018, the Facilities Management and Building Solutions division of the global VINCI Group. VINCI Facilities is internationally recognised for its responsible management of the built environment, delivering estates management, construction, and refurbishment across the UK and Europe. For the Welsh Government Economy & Infrastructure portfolio, VINCI Facilities required a trusted security partner capable of delivering consistent service across a wide geographical footprint. CSM Security was chosen to provide a blend of manpower and technology-led solutions to protect and maintain high-value government assets. In 2025, we were awarded another five years on this contract, reflecting the strength and reliability of our partnership.

The Challenge
The Welsh Government’s Economy & Infrastructure portfolio presented a complex security challenge: covering a large geographical area across North Wales, providing security for 19 sites and 234 properties, delivering regular inspections, mobile patrols, and alarm responses to maintain compliance and safety standards, and offering emergency locksmith services – often in adverse weather conditions.
